This is a private appointment, not a group class. No experience is required, and all touch or bowl placement is guided by your comfort and consent.

Chakra balancing and chakra tuning describe a focus on the traditional chakra energy centers within your Reiki session. Share this intention with Anastasia when you arrive. Usui Reiki is offered as a complementary wellness practice; experiences are individual. You rest fully clothed while Anastasia uses light touch or holds her hands above the body. Touch is always optional.
This is a private one-on-one appointment rather than a group practice. No prior Reiki or meditation experience is needed. The studio welcomes clients from across the Bay Area at 1101 S. Winchester Blvd, Suite M-256, San Jose, CA 95128, with free on-site parking.
Is physical touch required?
No. Reiki can be offered with hands held above the body. Any light touch is discussed and based on your consent.
Do I stay fully clothed?
Yes. Wear soft, comfortable clothing. A treatment table, blanket, and eye mask are provided.
Does this Reiki session include a sound bath?
No. This is a standalone 60-minute Reiki session. Choose the 90-minute combined session if you want both practices.
