Rest inside the sound
You lie comfortably on a mat while hand-hammered Tibetan bowls are played on and around your body.
The sound creates a quiet, immersive setting where you can pause, rest, and reconnect with yourself. Every experience is individual.
What makes this sound bath private
Unlike a group sound bath, this 60-minute appointment is reserved for one client. Hand-hammered Tibetan singing bowls are played on and around the clothed body, together with gong and Koshi chimes. Bowl placement and sound level are adjusted with your comfort in mind.
No meditation or sound bath experience is required. The San Jose studio welcomes clients from across the Bay Area, provides a mat, blanket, and eye mask, and offers free parking at 1101 S. Winchester Blvd, Suite J210, San Jose, CA 95128.
Are singing bowls placed on the body?
With your permission, selected bowls may be placed on the clothed body. Bowls can also be played around you if that is more comfortable.
Does this session include Reiki?
No. This is a standalone Tibetan sound bath. Reiki is available separately or in the 90-minute combined session.
What should I wear?
Wear soft, comfortable clothing. You remain fully clothed throughout the appointment.
